<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a voltage drop by decreasing the resistance of wiring (scanning line) in a display panel of a field emission display device. <P>SOLUTION: The film thickness of a scanning line 27 is formed thicker by the screen-printing of Ag paste.
