PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation device capable of contributing to eliminate troublesome complication of deletion operation of unnecessary data that can not be reflected in a communication function, and to provide a mobile phone. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle navigation device has a memory means; an information input means for inputting information instructed or set by a user; a communication means connected with the outside so as to be capable of executing communication with the outside; and a control means connected to the memory means, the information input means, and the communication means so as to be operable. When acquiring via the communication means telephone directory data including information in which a name and a telephone number are made to correspond to each other, the control means stores the telephone directory data in the memory means and collectively deletes all the data to which the telephone numbers are not imparted, from the telephone directory data in the memory means on the basis of the user instruction inputted via the information input means.
