<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage generating circuit for setting a reference voltage to have desired characteristics, to provide a drive circuit for the reference voltage circuit for generating the reference voltage and to provide the drive circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The reference voltage generating circuit for generating the reference voltage comprises: a first voltage generating part (231) for generating a constant voltage without the fluctuation of the voltage relative to a peripheral temperature; a second voltage generating part (232) for generating the voltage with the fluctuation, relative to the peripheral temperature; a setting voltage generating part (233) for generating a setting voltage, in response to the constant voltage which is generated by the first voltage generating part (231); a subtracting part (234) for outputting the difference voltage, between the setting voltage generated by the setting voltage generating part (233) and the voltage generated by the second voltage generating part (234); and an inverting part (235) for inverting the output voltage of the subtracting part (234) with the constant voltage generated by the first voltage generating part (231) as the reference, and outputs it as the reference voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
