PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar antenna in which the number of parts can be reduced. SOLUTION: The planar antenna (10) is provided with a substrate (12) having a planar antenna element pattern formed on a top surface (12U), a probe (13) for feeding power to the planar antenna element pattern by electromagnetic coupling, a ground plate (15), and a base (14) having a groove (141) for arranging the probe. The planar antenna (10) is further provided with a fastening means for fastening the substrate with the ground plate with the base sandwiched. The fastening means consists of a case (11) to be arranged on the top surface of the substrate and provided with four bosses extending downward and having four screw holes, and four screws (16) to be screwed into the four screw holes from the ground plate side.
