PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna probe capable of being attached easily with high position accuracy. SOLUTION: The antenna probe 1 is provided with an antenna part 15 at least partially arranged on the inner side of a waveguide 7 and a connection part 16 for connecting a microstrip line 9. The connection part 16 is provided with a connection surface to be connected with the microstrip line 9 and the connection surface is formed in a plane shape. The antenna part 15 is formed of a conductor integrally with the connection part 16 through a first bend part. The antenna probe 1 is formed by bending a planar conductor.
