PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic EL display element drawing device which allows a user to draw an arbitrary pattern in an organic EL display element in accordance with his purpose. SOLUTION: The organic EL display element drawing device for allowing a user to draw a desired pattern in an organic EL display element 1 has: an organic EL display element 1 which has a light emission layer comprising at least one kind of light emitting material; and a light casting tool 20 which casts light of such a wavelength as eliminating light emission ability by optically changing at least one kind of light emission material incorporated in the light emission layer as spot light, and draws a display region of the desired pattern in the organic EL display element 1 by scanning the organic EL display element 1 with the spot light.
