PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp exchanging fitting capable of exchanging a twin-type fluorescent lamp from a floor face of a building. SOLUTION: The exchange fitting of a fluorescent lamp is capable of attaching and detaching a twin-type fluorescent lamp to a lighting apparatus, it is equipped with a pair of holding members 23 arranged on both sides of a sheet protection plate 22 with one end pivotally supported and released and biased by a spring 24 to be closed by an air pressure actuator 25, a holding means 20 holding and releasing a near end part of the fluorescent lamp, an offset member 10 placed at a given distance from the holding means having a supporting part 11 capable of supporting an outer peripheral surface of the fluorescent lamp and supporting a part near an electrode part of the fluorescent lamp, and an elongated or shortened pole member 30 keeping the holding means and the offset member at an end, having an air supply means and an on-off valve 31 at the other end, keeping, raising and lowering the fluorescent lamp by the holding means and the offset member, and also, keeping and releasing the fluorescent lamp by an operation of the air pressure actuator 25.
