PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag having a zipper which can be accurately opened by hands, even when a material, having no directional property for generating cuts when two sheets forming the bag are torn, is used. SOLUTION: A perforation 13 for tearing is provided over the whole length in the width direction, on the end part corresponding to an opening part side on a bag made of two sheets 12 and 12. To the inner face sides, facing each other of these sheets 12 and 12, a belt-like sheet 14 and the zipper 15 are welded in parallel, respectively at a position of the perforation 13 and at a position further inside than this belt-like sheet 14. The end parts, corresponding to the opening part sides of the bag of two sheets 12 and 12, are welded at a position farther outside than the perforation 13 by a heat seal part 18.
