PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation guide system capable of properly changing evacuation route guiding to an refuge area. SOLUTION: The evacuation guide system provides map information 100G showing the route to the refuge area to a terminal 10. The server 11 of the system has a function of changing the evacuation route depending on the inconvenience such as occurrence of impassable road by monitoring the movement of the terminal 10.
