PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a received radar signal, and to record pulse data of the optimum data quantity in a recording means without requiring operation by an operator. SOLUTION: This radar signal discrimination device comprises a radar signal discrimination part for discriminating the received radar signal based on radio wave item of a pulse data train separated in each radar signal; a recording time calculation part 9 for calculating a recording time of pulse data of the radar signal received by using a pulse arrival time interval, when the pulse arrival time interval is included in the radio wave item of the pulse data train, and calculating the recording time of the pulse data of the received radar signal by using the pulse arrival time interval of the radio wave item data accumulated in a radio wave item database part 6, when the pulse arrival time interval is not included in the radio wave item of the pulse data train; and a recording time control part 10 for controlling the recording time from recording start until recording stop of a pulse data recording part by the calculated recording time.
