PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fuel supplied to an internal combustion engine from a fuel pump from being excessively warmed up even if cooling of a control module is performed. SOLUTION: A fuel supply device 1 is provided with a set plate 10 attached to an attachment hole 34a of a fuel tank 34, an electric fuel pump 30 attached on an inner side surface of the set plate 10, a control module 14 attached on an outer side surface of the set plate 10 and driving the fuel pump 30 by electric power supplied from an outside, and a heat radiation member 32 radiating heat generated by the control module 14. One end of the heat radiation member 32 is thermally connected to the control module 14 and another end of the heat radiation member 32 projects downward from an inside surface of the set plate 10.
