PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mud soil pressure auger construction method small aperture pipe construction machine requiring an auxiliary construction method such as chemical feeding in many examples and unable to achieve its original purpose because the deviation of the direction of excavation into the direction of an upper part caused by the collapse of sediment in an upper part of a working face occurs and a pinch valve and an excavation additive are used conventionally to prevent the collapse of sediment and generate a direction correction reaction force easily by taking in only a part of underground water and fine sands having small particle diameters and silts. SOLUTION: A filter 3 is wound around to the rear of a cutter head 2 that is rotated and driven, and fixed by an annealing wire to block a taking-in port 5 of a screw conveyor 4. Consequently, it is possible to prevent the collapse of sediment having a high coefficient of permeability and a low N value and form a ground layer having a high N value which can be a direction correction reaction force easily by this device.
