PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an abnormal time closing device with high versatility to a disaster preventive board, for descending a shutter curtain by dead weight by receiving an abnormality detecting signal from the disaster preventive board in abnormality such as a fire, in a dead weight descent type shutter device. SOLUTION: The abnormal time closing device 10 is composed of a first attitude changing means 13 having a first solenoid and a first plunger 13b connected to the disaster preventive board, and a second attitude changing means 14 having a second solenoid and a second plunger 14b connected to an AC power source. The first and second plungers 13b and 14b are connected by using a connecting member 16. A dead weight descent is stopped when detecting an obstacle in a process of the dead weight descent of the shutter curtain 2, and the dead weight descent is resumed when the obstacle is not detected. When fully closing the shutter curtain 2, the first and second plungers 13b and 14b are returned to an original state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
