PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible cut-off joint and its construction method by which preparation work before placing concrete upon construction of a structure by placing concrete can be carried out easily and in a short time. SOLUTION: A fixing groove part 16 is formed in advance in one side of a joint part 14 of concrete structural bodies 12, 13 by die forming, and an insertion fixing part 21 of the joint 20 is inserted and fixed by means of bonding so that the preparation work before placing can be carried out easily and in a short time. A slit part 21c is formed in the insertion fixing part 21 in the intermediate part between the outside and inside, and metal plates 21b being plate-like bodies are provided on the inner and outer faces, by which insertion into the fixing groove part 16 can be carried out smoothly and a bonding strength is secured.
