PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary road structure which can concurrently ensure two-way or two-lane passages while a construction section is closed, during roadside work and construction work for making an intersection three-dimensional. SOLUTION: This two-storied temporary road structure (200), which is equipped with an elevated structure (18) and ramp structures (20 and 22) on both sides, is formed by connecting unit blocks (30) made of section steel. The elevated structure (18), which is equipped with an elevated road surface (24) used only when a vehicle travels straight ahead, enables the vehicle traveling straight ahead to travel straight ahead nonstop under construction. A section (40) under the elevated structure is formed below the elevated road surface. The temporary road structure (200) comprises: an entrance opening (66) which enables a right-turning or left-turning vehicle to make an entry into a passage under the elevated structure from inside the elevated structure; a central opening (110) which enables entrance into/exit from the intersection; and an exit opening (68) which enables the right-turning or left-turning vehicle to return to a traffic lane inside the elevated structure from the passage under the elevated structure.
