PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair washing agent composition which excels in lathering, easily allows fingers through the hair during shampooing, does not cause the tangles of the hair even during shampooing and rinsing, leaving the hair appropriately moist even after drying, and is particularly suitably used for the hair of an advanced stage of damage by a chemical treatment with a hair color and the like. SOLUTION: The hair washing agent composition comprises (A) a siloxane derivative represented by formula (I) and (B) at least one surface active agent selected from an anionic surface active agent, an amphoteric surface active agent, and a nonionic surface active agent.
