PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game board locking and holding mechanism capable of simplifying the assembly process of a game machine, improving recyclability after game machine recovery and reducing maintenance man-hours together. SOLUTION: A lever assembly 50A is formed by assembling a lever member 52, a spring 53, a flat washer 54 and nuts 55 and 56 to a clamp shaft 51. While a shaft side engaging part 51b projecting in a radial direction from a shaft part 51a at an axially symmetrical position is provided on the shaft end part of the clamp shaft 51, frame side engaging parts 27a, 27b and 27c capable of inserting and drawing the shaft side engaging part 51b at the front and back according to the turning angle position of the clamp shaft 51 and locking the clamp shaft by being engaged with the inserted shaft side engaging part 51b in a hole shape similar to the shaft side engaging part are provided on a frame member 20 housing a game board. By inserting the shaft side engaging part to the frame side engaging part and turning the clamp shaft 51, the lever assembly 50A is integrally mounted on a lever mounting part 50B and the game board locking and holding mechanism 50 is formed.
