PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the position of a cylindrical body is determined and a stand full of changes can not be attained by the stand formed by fitting the cylidrical body by each through-hole on the peak plate of a frame body, dropping the bottom part of the cylindrical body to a recessed part on the bottom plate of the frame body and erecting the cylindrical body. SOLUTION: This block stand comprises a first block 2 having a plurality of parallel through-holes 1 with open upper and lower surfaces between both ends and a second block 4 having a plurality of parallel recessed holes 3 with an open upper surface between both ends. The block stand becomes full of changes by fitting a blind cylindrical body from the through-hole to the recessed hole and freely changing the holding position of the cylindrical body.
