An apparatus for selecting and sorting products, constituted by at least one rack (11), on the shelves (12) of which there are a plurality of unloading compartments (13) for containers (14) for the products (15); the shelves (12) are reached by a helical track (16), on which a plurality of carriages (17) are arranged movably to convey and unload the products (15) from a loading area (18) of the track (16) to the containers (14), each of which is arranged in a corresponding unloading compartment (13).
