The module has an emission channel comprising waveform generators (21) which generate phase controllable signals (e 1 - e n) for power amplifiers (4). Circulators (6) are connected to radiating units (3) and the amplifiers. The generators receive phase thresholds from an aiming phase control circuit (24). The generators receive a frequency threshold in the form of a temporary reference signal that is delivered by a reference clock (25). An independent claim is also included for a radar comprising an electronically-scanned antenna including an active module.
