The components such as a control section (microcomputer) (not shown) , a display (liquid crystal display) (14), and RF communication section (not shown) of which the function blocks are mounted on the hard substrate (27) are arranged and accommodated within the upper case (11), and the key operation section (18) of which the function blocks are mounted on the key board (flexible board (28)), and a battery (29) are arranged and accommodated in the lower case (12).
