<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic actuator in which an increase in thickness as a whole is suppressed while a sufficient thrust is assured and a size can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The magnet movable type electromagnetic actuator comprises an inner yoke 10a for forming an inside pole teeth 11A, an outer yoke 10b for forming an outside pole teeth 12A, a yoke 10A having a space 13A between the yokes 10a and 10b, an annular exciting coil 14 housed in the space 13A and surrounding the periphery of the yoke 10a, and a permanent magnet 15 magnetized at N-poles and S-poles in the radial direction and arranged so as to be freely displacable in the axial direction of the yoke 10A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
