PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate water by allowing the energy of a multidimensional coil corresponding to vector potential generated from a solenoid to act on water. SOLUTION: In this liquid activating treatment, liquids to be treated are allowed to collide with at a high speed while revolved clockwise to be divided into fine particles which are, in turn, passed through a magnetic field. The magnetic field is that of a multidimenslonal coil. The means dividing the liquids into fine particles is a means sending the liquid under pressure to divide the same into the flow passing straight pipes 5 and flow rate adjusting nozzles 6 and the flow passing through the straight pipes and the spiral pipes 7 provided so as to surround the peripheries of the nozzles or a means wherein thick pipes and thin pipes are alternately connected repeatedly over predetermined lengths and one ends of them are set to fluid inlets while the other ends of them are set to fluid outlets and the liquid is sent to one flow pipe being a liquid passage clockwise as a whole and formed into a circular shape under pressure. |
