<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device that easily and objectively evaluate environmental management, and a program that realizes them. <P>SOLUTION: The environmental management evaluation device 100 acquires environmental management information about every product in each business department from another computer device or the like constituting a computer system 1, and accumulates it in an environmental management information database 160. A control part 110, when executing an evaluation program stored in a program storage part 150, acquires user-specified environmental management information from the environmental management information database 160 and uses the acquired information to compute given indices.
