A pulverulent cosmetic composition comprises a binder (8 wt.%) in a medium. The binder comprises at least one short ester and at least one silicone derivative. The mass content of short ester is greater than the mass content of the silicone derivative. An independent claim Is included for preparing pulverulent powder involving micronizing first portion (10 wt.%) of the binder containing short ester and the pulverulent filler with jet of air; and mixing the micronized components with second portion (90 wt.%) of the binder containing short ester.
