PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device made of a simple structure, with low stress which can lope with the developer for low temp. fixing. SOLUTION: This developing device is, allowed to make the developer which is taken in the developer feeding member 3, capable of being mechanically pulled out and clouded, accompanying the rotation of the developer feeding member 3, arranged and held in contact with a part of the developer flowing path control member 7 and at the same tone to feed only the developer provided with a desired electrostatic charge quantity on the developer carrier 2 by an electric field formed between the developer carrier 2 and the developer feeding member 3. |
