The fabrics has electrically conductive, high-impedance carbon filaments (12) of flexible resistance material, with metal conductors for electrical supply lines made of low-impedance material. The filaments and conductors are knitted or acted in interlaced yarns or knitted fabrics, which is designed with upper and lower layers and intermediate layer. The filaments exhibit a transverse force stability by preset machine factors.
