<p>The method involves constructing a connection to a communication line (6), which is assigned to a provider (3). A communication line (4) and a terminal equipment (5) of the user is actively switched, when the user receives the possibility for the duration of time slot, and addresses the communication address by inputting of short instruction in order to participate it by production of the connection at the action. The provider provides an actual action over a TV or radio, at which it can participate the user by selection of the communication address assigned to the action. An independent claim is also included for a system for execution of a method of utilization of communication lines assigned to a telephone network or an Internet.</p> |
