<p>The transportable pump device has a centrifugal pump (11) which is connected parallel to rotary pump (12) and can produce a negative pressure in suction face of centrifugal pump during simultaneous operation with rotary pump. The difference in pressure allows liquid flow out between the pressure side and suction side of centrifugal pump operating as a closed slide valve.</p>
