<p>The hard shell tool box (1) with two side sections (2,3) and a center section (4), has the width (b') of the center section smaller or the same as the width (b) of the side sections. The center section in relation to the two side sections is releasably mounted in a first hinged position in such a way that before a release of the mounting a 45-degree hinged position of the center section in relation to the sections is occupied. The center section in relation to the two side sections may be undetachably mounted in such a way that a 90-degree second hinged position of the center section in relation to the side sections is occupied. An independent claim is included for a hinge (34) for a box (1), especially a hard shell tool box, in which an elongated hinge hole (37) has a stop forming (38) between its ends into which can enter cams (40) during an opening of a side section for the occupying of the first hinged position.</p> |
