The method involves placing real guiding cylinders in drilled holes so as to form a surgical guide, and drilling a jaw model through the surgical guide using the guiding cylinders. An implant is inserted into analogue drilled holes in a preset position of processed images and marking a rotatable position. A dental prosthesis is formed according to the model prior to arranging it in patient`s mouth. An independent claim is also included for an equipment for implanting a dental prosthesis in a jaw of a patient.
