The invention pertains to a withdrawal device for a plastic tubular film manufactured by a blowing method using an extruder including at least one deflection cylinder disposed in alternating sequence with at least one angle bar. In order to prevent the formation of centre wrinkles during the withdrawal of plastic tubular film, at least one varied deflection cylinder and optionally at least one varied angle bar is provided that has a differing cross sectional diameter along its length. Preferably the varied bar has a concave shape, along its length, but it can also be convex. The varied bar or cylinder can also be provided with a hard smooth surface at a central region, and be provided with a roughened surface at end regions. - 1 -
