<p>The invention relates to a multifunctional unit for repairing wells, used for operations of interventions and repairs in wells provided for with fixed derricks or masts. According to the invention, the multifunctional unit for repairing wells comprises some power subassemblies (A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H), transport, manoeuvring, hydraulic power, well repairing, mechanization, rescuing subassemblies and subassemblies for special operations, respectively. The power subassembly (A) has a heat motor (1), a hydromechanical transmission (4) and a mechanical transmission (9) provided with a safety device (13) and a blockable interaxial differential gearing (14) connected both to the transport subassemblies (B) and to the manoeuvring subassembly (C). The motor (1) is provided with a compressor (2) which is connected to a pneumatic plant (20) of the transport subassembly (B) and a cooling system (3), that is connected to an installation (58) for heating the chief drill man cabin within the manoeuvring subassembly (C). The transport subassembly (B) has a metal frame (15) having the power subassembly (A) secured thereon, a double cabin (16), a pneumatic plant (20) connected to the compressor (2) of the motor (1) which allows the supply of all consumers of the power unit, at various pressures. The manoeuvring subassembly (C) comprises a taper group (42) provided with some mechanical plugs (43 and 44) to which the components of the well repairing and rescuing subassemblies (E and G) are connected. The hydraulic power subassembly (D) is connected to the hydraulic pump (8) and consists of some hydraulic apparatuses connected to the devices and mechanisms composing the subassemblies (E, F, G and H) for repairing the wells, for mechanization, rescuing and other special operations, that are mounted on the platform (63) near the cabin (57) of the chief drill man and within the cabin (16).</p> |
