The running device (1) for shifting switch points (15) as against a stock rail (14) is located on a sleeper (2) and close to a plate (3) of the switch points sliding device. The running device (1) is located on a base plate (4) placed on the sleeper (2). On the base plate (4) there is secured the stock rail (14) to a fixed hook (5) of a fixed wedge (6) belonging to the base plate (4), and by means of a clamp-type plate (7) provided with a wedge that fastens the base of the stock rail (14) and that it is secured to the base plate (4) by means of a screw (8).
