<p>The system has an energy storage (14) e.g. double layer capacitor, and two subsystems (11, 12), where the energy storage is charged by one subsystem. The energy storage is charged by the other subsystem if necessary during failure of the former subsystem. A functional module (13) controls charging and discharging process of the energy storage. The functional module comprises a microcomputer, a buffer circuit and a logic circuit.</p> |
