An openly-porous electrode layer is coated onto a substrate. Electrolyte material in flowing form, is applied to the electrode layer. Before application of the electrolyte material, the electrode layer is not fixed. The electrode material is applied such that an openly-porous layer results. The electrode layer is sprayed onto the associated substrate. It is dry-sprayed. Using electrolyte material, an electrolytic substrate is formed for the electrode layer. The electrolyte layer forms a membrane, on which the electrode layer is arranged. An independent claim is included for the corresponding electrode-electrolyte structure. |
