<p>The invention relates to a method and a device for mechanically fluidizing the hepatic hydatid content, the invention being destined to the open surgery, mini-invasive and laparoscopic surgery. The fluidizing method consists in introducing the end of a rotary rod of a "mixer" like device into the hydatid, the rod end having articulated thereto a swinging blade. The device rod is entrained in rotation motion with a speed of 500 ... 1000 rpm, for 3 ... 5 minutes, so that the swingable blade carries out the mechanical fragmentation and the fluidization of the cyst content, thereby facilitating the discharge thereof outside the peritoneal cavity, by means of a suction means. In the laparoscopic surgery, the rotary rod of the fluidizing device is guided by means of a suitable trochar. The fluidizing device (A) comprises a rotary rod (5) entrained in rotation motion through a resilient sleeve (10), by an electrically operated motor reducer assembly (7). To the distal end of the rotary rod (5) a swingable blade (6) is articulated, said rod, under the effect of the centrifugal forces moves away under various angles, thereby carrying out the mechanical fragmentation and fluidization of the content of hydatid (2).</p> |
