The device has an energetic informed medium connected with the permanent magnet (1) and designed in the form of a foil (2) that is made of plastic and metal, and a metallic wire. The foil is composed of a polyimide and the wire is composed of a metal alloy with a gold ratio of over 50%. Vibration information stored in the medium is transmitted to a user by magnetic field produced by the magnet.
