A replacement razor blade cartridge (12) including a blade unit (14), and cartridge connecting structure (16) for connecting said blade unit (14) to a handle (63), characterized in that said connection is effected by movement of said handle (63) along a connection axis (72) toward said cartridge connecting structure (16), and in that said cartridge connecting structure (16) includes a cutaway portion (80) functioning as a keyway for receiving a mating key structure (74) on said handle (63) as said handle (63) is moved along said connection axis (72) to enhance proper orientation of said handle (63), said cartridge connecting structure (16) having an entrance, said cutaway portion (80) being disposed at said entrance, said entrance being oriented in a direction paralle to the connection axis (72), said entrance and said cutaway portion providing unobstructed passage for said mating key structure (74) as the cartridge (12) is connected to the handle (63). |
