The pointed end of the reaming tool (2) is internally threaded so that the externally threaded end (5) of a brush (6) can be screwed into it. This brush is used to remove metal shavings (8) formed during reaming and different size brushes can be fitted depending on the pipe diameter. The brush removes the shavings as the tool is pulled out of the pipe (7). The tool is attached to a grip sleeve (1). |
