A spring contact sheet ( 1 ) for the transfer of current between two components ( 10,11 ) of an electrochemical battery ( 21 ) has a sheet ( 2 ) with a number of spring tabs ( 3 ) bent out of the plane of the sheet ( 8 ). The invention allows good spring characteristics to be achieved with a high number of contacts per unit of surface at the same time, in that at least two of the spring tabs ( 3 a, 3 b) are arranged and/or formed such that the bending moments (M) generated by each of the spring tabs ( 3 a, 3 b) in the plane of the sheet ( 8 ), when a force acts on the tips of the tabs ( 5 ) in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the sheet ( 8 ), are at least partially mutually eliminated.
