METHOD FOR TREATING PATIENTS WITH DESTRUCTIVE PANCREATITIS

FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: in the course of fulfilling laparoscopy to implement catheterization it is necessary to apply a biopsy laparoscopic needle through a trocar of 5 mm diameter, with the help of this needle under visual control one should perform perforation of anterior folium of peritoneal mesentery of transverse colon to form a cavity for subsequent introduction of the catheter due to applying 10 ml 0.25%-Novocain solution through biopsy laparoscopic needle into the space between the folia of peritoneal mesentery of transverse colon. By the canal of biopsy laparoscopic needle one should introduce a rigid conductor into the cavity developed to apply a catheter. The needle should be removed. By the conductor one should apply a catheter of "Pigteil" type of 6 Ch diameter into mesentery of transverse colon, a conductor and a trocar should be removed then. The innovation enables to decrease the traumatism of operative interference. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 2 dwg, 1 ex
