FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has external supports with transosseous immersion members and split coupler screws for joining external supports. Movable connection, being manufactured as two rectangular angles pivotally connected to each other with adjacent sides, is set at the juncture of the coupler screws. External ends of the coupler screws are unbent at right angle. The end angles have holes in which the unbent coupler screw ends are placed and fixed with nuts on one side and fastening members for fixing the adjacent sides allowing the distance between the angles being varied. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in eliminating bone fragment dislocations when treating long tubular bones. ^ 6 cl, 1 dwg
