METHOD FOR ACTIVATING THE ACTIVITY OF UTERINE MUSCLES WITH ELECTROIMPULSES AT RETENTION OF AFTERBIRTH AND TREATMENT OF ENDOMETRITIS IN COWS

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out muscular electrostimulation with electroimpulses with the help of electrodes. It is necessary, also, to conduct medicinal therapy. Two contact electrodes of one pole of direct current should be fixed one by one from the right and from the left against vertebral column in area of the last two thoracic or two first lumbar vertebrae. Electrodes of opposite polarity - in area of Achilles' tendons of right- and left-hand pelvic limbs. Animal body weight should be detected followed by electrostimulation with single electroimpulses of duration up to 0.1 sec at interval of impulse repetition in 30 sec for up to 150 sec at initial potential of 30 V and current power up to 0.3 A. The innovation enables to activate uterine muscles at retention of afterbirth in cows. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency.
