The module has a radiator (16) comprising cooling fins (16a) and traversing an opening (18) made in a wall of a case. A part of the radiator is situated inside the case and another part is situated outside the case. A fluid sealing joint (26) is disposed in a space between a peripheral edge (16b) of the radiator and an edge (20) of the opening. A rib (22) is formed on the edges of the opening to create a constriction in the space. An independent claim is also included for a power module manufacturing method.
