The distributor has an insert (15) comprising a peripheral surface fixed to a neck of a bottle and delimiting an air delivery pipe (19) placed outside the bottle. The pipe (19) extends between inner and outer surfaces of the insert. A spout is mounted movable between a retracted position and a projected position. A cap has a pin that is engaged internally in a liquid distribution pipe, in a closed configuration. An independent claim is also included for a bottle containing a liquid and comprising a neck and a liquid distributor.
