The case has two opposed flaps (20, 21) which constitute reinforcement units and are folded towards an interior so as to be supported by the respective edges on stored articles, for increasing the resistance of a filled package, by an abutment of the flaps. The flaps comprise cut outs (27) having a predetermined configuration based on the shape and dimensions of the articles on which the flaps are supported.
