The device has a case (1) presenting a ball housing orifice (2) introduced with a ball molded to the base of an aileron (4). The ball is tightened by tightening systems (8, 8bis) which are in-turn tightened in the case by screws (7). The depth of the housing orifice is such that the aileron has its base raised with respect to the case, so that the base is enveloped with a flexible base plate.
