发明名称 METHOD FOR SYNTHESIZING ZEOLITE USING COAL-FIRED POWER PLANT BOTTOM ASH
摘要 Disclosed herein is a method for synthesizing zeolite using coal-fired power plant bottom ash, whereby it is possible to synthesize zeolite which is a porous material for environmental cleanup by using bottom ash generated during combustion of fuel in coal-fired power plants. The method for synthesizing zeolite using coal-fired power plant bottom ash according to the present invention comprises the steps of: reacting the bottom ash deposited at the bottom of a boiler for coal-fired power plants with an alkali solution to synthesize zeolite; and drying the synthesized zeolite. The method may further comprise a step for pre-treating the bottom ash including drying the bottom ash at 90 to 110°C for 22 to 26 hours and pulverizing the dried bottom ash to a particle size of IOOD or less, prior to the step of synthesizing zeolite.
