The device has a series of hollow meshes (12, 18) articulated at their ends for forming a chain whose ends are connected to a fixed point of a cab interior (11) and a sliding door (10), respectively. The meshes receive and guide conductors that are connected to a battery at one of their ends, and to electric units at their other end. Each mesh has a stop limiting the amplitude of rotation of one mesh with respect to the adjacent meshes.
